September 22nd - Students spent the morning preparing the swiss chard for the Harvest Luncheon. The previous Friday, students picked the swiss chard during Health Class with Mrs. Wright. Here they are taking the swiss chard through all the steps, with the final result being a sautéed dish. Thank you to Mrs. Hoffman and Mrs. Peck for all of the extra help.

First week of school - Students are getting their Appointment Clocks set up. This will be a tool used to decide on partnerships. They are also participating in the activity, Four Corners. This is where they discuss and debate their thoughts on questions concerning our read alouds or texts we view in writing class.
